Functional Training

Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries.In the context of body building, functional training involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back. Most fitness facilities have a variety of weight training machines which target and isolate specific muscles. As a result the movements do not necessarily bear any relationship to the movements people make in their regular activities or sports. In rehabilitation, training does not necessarily have to involve weight bearing activities, but can target any task or a combination of tasks that a patient is having difficulty with. Balance (ability) training, for example, is often incorporated into a patients treatment plan if it has been impaired after injury or disease.

Bodyweight Training

Bodyweight training can be very effective for gaining strength, improving flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. it is the most convenient type of strength training you can do to get in great physical shape at home or away. Bodyweight training provides a way to train yourself at the intensity that's right for your needs and improvements of overall health and fitness. With more than 100 bodyweight exercise you get in shape within few weeks. Bodyweight Training is very effective for beginners who never did any type of workouts or not able to do weight trainings due to any reason. Since it uses one’s bodyweight only exercises can be easily modified to make challenging depending on your current fitness level. At FitFreniqs we create many variety of bodyweight exercises depending on your fitness level you may be complete beginner or gym going dude.


Pilates called his method Contrology, which refers to the way the method encourages the use of the mind to control the muscles. The program focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and strengthen the deep torso muscles, which are important to help alleviate and prevent back pain.
